No one knew her name, not really; the palace records called her the Quiet Queen, the one who never spoke but somehow made people tell the truth anyway. Beside her stood a llama, calm as a priest, its fur catching the same strange glow, like it had wandered in from a diffrenet world and never left. The story goes that if you meet her gaze for too long, you’ll remember a promise you forgot you made, and the llama will step closer, listening, as if it can hear the words you never said out loud.
